Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders, Today
United Way of San Diego County’s Emerging Leaders is a network of 115+ young professional community leaders representing nearly all industries in San Diego County.
Members are given monthly opportunities to develop business acumen and leadership skills all while building a strong, cross-industry network. Emerging Leaders are invited to our signature CEO Spotlight Series, professional development workshops, United Way community celebrations, and hands-on volunteer opportunities.
We welcome all individuals interested in professional growth and development who possess a spirit for volunteerism. Any individual who contributes $500 annually will qualify to be a part of United Way of San Diego’s Emerging Leaders. Those who are interested in investing the funds but do not wish to participate can sponsor an individual of their choice within their organization or community.

There is no time commitment to join Emerging Leaders. We recognize that our council is made up of diverse professionals, so members can participate as often or as little they’d like! Engagement opportunities exist monthly for our members.
