For more than 25 years, Rachael Orose has served in the nonprofit sector, leading and working with national, regional, and local organizations to expand resources and pathways for children and families in low-income and historically disinvested communities. Rachael is an entrepreneurial social-sector leader driven by a lifelong commitment to building engaged learners and strengthening communities. As President and CEO of United Way of San Diego County, Rachael is focused on advancing education and economic mobility initiatives that create lasting social change and opportunity for all San Diegans.
